Championship club Leeds United have shown keen interest in securing the services of English-Ghanaian winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi ahead of the upcoming season, as reported by The Daily Mail.

According to sources, Crystal Palace prefers to loan out the 21-year-old rather than sell him permanently, indicating his high standing within the club.

In addition to Leeds United, other clubs such as Southampton, Sheffield United, and Sunderland are reportedly eager to acquire the talents of the England Under-20 international.

Rak-Sakyi's stellar performance in the 2021/22 season saw him finish as the top goalscorer in the Premier League 2, notching an impressive tally of 18 goals, showcasing his potential at the academy level.

Following this success, the winger spent the 2022/23 season on loan at Charlton Athletic, where he continued to impress with 15 goals and eight assists in League One.

Despite making six league appearances for Palace last season, Rak-Sakyi's development could benefit further from another loan spell, as suggested by pundits and insiders.

Marc Guehi, a standout defender at Palace, has praised Rak-Sakyi as a "top player," a sentiment supported by his impressive statistics and performances.
