Legon Cities head coach Goran Barjaktarevic has set sights on beating league leaders Ashanti Gold SC on match day four of the Ghana Premier League on Wednesday.

Legon Cities will welcome the Miners to the Accra Sports stadium at 7:00pm in a game they cannot afford to lose following a slow start to the season.

The Accra-based side has not won any of their first three games of the league campaign and face a difficult task of beating Ashgold who are yet to concede a goal or drop points this term.

Speaking in his press-match press conference, coach Goran Barjaktarevic believes his side has improved and will go for the win against the former Premier League champions.

"We have improved in the way we play, we have improved on our play as well as our stamina, you watch us against Dreams and in the second half it was good, Our game against Kotoko, the first and third goal we conceded was lack of concentration, against Ashgold we will go for the win," he said.
