Liverpool have reportedly made an offer for Santos' 17-year-old striker Rodrygo, reports theDaily Star. The striker is yet to make a first team appearance for Santos, but he is expected to be called up imminently, with big things expected of him.

But, according toGlobo, the youngster is unsure about heading to England so early in his career. Santos are trying to get Rodrygo to sign his first professional contract with them, and this appears to be the option that Rodrygo is leaning towards.

The young striker would like to establish himself in Brazil before heading to Europe at a later date, but Jurgen Klopp's offer has turned the striker's head and has him consider his options.

The Brazilian youth international's parents are making big demands to Santos, which include payment for housing, education, and marketing activities for the teenager.

Rodrygo is the youngest ever person to be signed by Nike, earning the contract when he was 11-years-old, two years younger than Barcelona and Nike super star Neymar.
