The League Management Company (LMC) on Thursday released what it called "modified fixture schedules" for the remaining games of the 2014/15 Glo Premier League season.

According to the new schedule sent to clubs by the LMC Chief Operating Officer, Salihu Abubakar, Match Day 35 fixtures will no longer hold on Sunday.

"They will now be played on Wednesday.

"Also, all Match Day 36 fixtures will hold on Sunday, Nov. 1.

"The rescheduled fixtures between Sunshine Stars Football Club of Akure and Rangers International FC of Enugu, and that between FC IfeanyiUbah and El-Kanemi Warriors FC of Maiduguri will be played on Wednesday, Nov. 4," Abubakar stated in the schedule.

The LMC had earlier in the week postponed the Match Day 34 fixture between Sunshine Stars Football Club and Rangers International FC.

With the Akure-based Sunshine Stars having six players in the Super Eagles squad leaving Nigeria Friday for Ouagadougou to face Burkina Faso, the postponement was expedient.

The national team was scheduled to play the return leg of the 2016 Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier on Sunday.
