LOAN WATCH: Liverpool starlet Kent assists in first Bristol City start

Ryan Kent, on loan from Liverpool this season, made his first start for Bristol City in their 2-0 win over QPR last weekend.

City played majority of the match with ten men after Nathan Baker was awarded a straight red card following a horror tackle in the 32nd minute.

Famara Diedhiou was the first on the scoresheet, as he headed home in the 45th minute from a Ryan Kent corner.

Joe Bryan then furthered Bristol City's lead in the 66th minute when he struck home the ball after it had rebounded off 'keeper Alex Smithies.

Kent was substituted in the 64th minute after a successful starting debut, with an assist to his name.

Bristol City next play on Friday 2nd February away to Bolton Wanderers.
