Ghanaian international Majeed Warris continued his good start to life with Racing Strasbourg today as he registered his second goal in their 3-0 win against Stade de Reims in the French Ligue 1.

The forward played his first match for the club in midweek when he netted the winning goal in their 1-0 win against Toulouse FC.

That impressive debut performance earned Majeed Warris his first start today in Racing Strasbourg’s Match Week 23 fixture against Stade de Reims.

The player who is on a six-month loan deal from Portuguese giants FC Porto did not disappoint as he found the back of the net once again.

In the home match played at the Stade de la Meinau, Warris netted his team’s second goal on the 82nd minute after Aleksander Djiku had opened the scoring four minutes into the second half.

In the dying minutes of the match, Kenny Lala converted a penalty kick to ensure Racing Strasbourg run away with all the 3 points.

Following a good start to life in France, Majeed Warris will hope to continue in same form in subsequent matches to ensure he obtains a permanent contract at the end of his loan spell.
