Sergio Aguero has been given the go-ahead to play for Manchester City at Leicester on Saturday.

Aguero underwent club tests after complaining of a dizzy spell at half-time in Argentina's friendly against Nigeria on Tuesday.

The striker tweeted: "All the tests they run on me -- just for caution -- turn out well, so I'm set to go for Saturday's match. C'mon, City!!"

Sources have told ESPN FC that City also expect to have Raheem Sterling and Fabian Delph back after both withdrew from the England squad for the friendlies against Germany and Brazil.

Sterling had a back complaint, while Delph injured his calf towards the end of the win over Arsenal before the international break.

Nicolas Otamendi misses out through suspension after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season in the win over Arsenal.

Captain Vincent Kompany, meanwhile, has been out for more than two months with a calf injury.
