Man Utd boss Mourinho in De Gea talks over lack of focus

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is urging David de Gea to get his head in the game as Real Madrid circle.

The Mirror says Old Trafford chiefs are becoming increasingly resigned to Spain international De Gea moving back to his hometown with Real Madrid in a £50million deal this summer.

But manager Mourinho does not want speculation over the keeper's future to undermine their bid to secure a top-four finish and win the Europa League.

He is understood to have asked De Gea to keep his eye on the ball as they fight to earn a Champions League place either through the Premier League or as Europa League champs.

De Gea's concentration and distribution have been questionable in recent weeks, as United face up to the prospect of filling the void left by his expected departure.
