Ghana 2021 Afcon squad: Manaf Nurudeen and Edmund Addo have joined the Black Stars training camp in Doha

Milovan Rajevac's AFCON 2021 preparations have been boosted by the arrival of goalkeeper Manaf Nurudeen and midfielder Edmund Addo.

The pair have been nominated to the Black Stars' preliminary squad for the AFCON 2021, which begins in less than a week in Cameroon

Players are slowly dropping in to increase the numbers in camp ahead of the two friendly games lined up.

The first friendly games was cancelled due to lack of players in camp after CAF extended the date the players will join their various countries.

Edmund Addo has had a very good 2021 playing in the UEFA Champions League with his club FC Sheriff Tiraspol.

The Black Stars will close their training camp and leave Doha for Cameroon on January 7.

Ghana is chasing a fifth title after last winning the African Cup of Nations trophy 39 years ago. Captain Dede Ayew will lead the Black Stars in Cameroon.
