Manchester United forward Anthony Martial has taken to Twitter toemphatically deny suggestions that he is set to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season.

Speculation regarding the Frenchman's future has intensified in recent weeks as he continues to be overlooked by manager Jose Mourinho, who last week made it public that Martial needed to do more to regain his spot in the Red Devil's starting XI.

This in turn led to sections of the British press reporting that the 21-year-old is convinced that Mourinho is trying to force him out of the club, however despite sitting on the bench for the entirety of United's 3-0 win over Leicester City on Sunday, Martial has decided to take to social media tohave his say on the matter

Posting on his Twitter page, the forward wrote: "Don't listen the papers it's wrong thanks Come on United."

Further reports on Monday have suggested that Martial is eyeing up amove to French champions PSG in the summer, but the player's own comments would suggest that he remains fully committed to winning his place back in the United side and that rumours linking him with the Old Trafford exit could not be further from the truth.

The French international has made 21 appearances in all competitions so far this season and whilst his stats may not compare to his first year in English football, he still has six goals and five assists to his name for the current campaign.

He will now hope to be given a chance to win his place back in Mourinho's team in the next few weeksas United host Watford this coming weekend, before Europa League football returns and sees the Red Devils face a two-legged tie with Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne.
