Isthmian League side Margate Football Club has announced the return of Ghanaian midfielder Montel Kofi Owusu Agyemang to Hartsdown Park for the upcoming 2023/24 season.
The 26-year-old London-born player is coming back to Margate from Billericay Town, where he spent the 2022/23 season.
"Margate Football Club are delighted to announce the return of Montel Agyemang to Hartsdown Park from Billericay Town," the club said in a statement.
"Everyone at Margate Football Club is delighted to welcome Montel back to Hartsdown Park."
Agyemang initially joined Margate during the summer of 2021 from Welling United, and quickly established himself as a key player for Jay Saunders' side.
His contributions were instrumental in Margate's impressive eighth-place finish in the Isthmian Premier Division. Additionally, he played a vital role in helping the team reach the final of the Velocity Trophy.
After his successful stint with Margate, Agyemang moved to Billericay Town for the 2022/23 season. However, the midfielder has decided to return to Margate and will once again don the blue jersey for the 2023/24 campaign.
