Olympique Marseille president Jacques-Henri Eyraud has paid tribute to former Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby.
The veteran was released by OM at the end of last season.
Eyraud said, "I think he's a good guy. Maybe it's part of my regret at not having managed to make sure that this good man can continue with OM to be the football player who has raised so many hopes.
"I think he will find his way on or off the pitch, at least I wish him good luck."
