Hibernian winger, Martin Boyle, took some time to console his teammate Josh Doig, after he was terrorized by Celtic youngster Jeremie Frimpong in a Scottish Championship match.
Frimpong was sensational against Hibernian and was a thorn in Doig's side. The coach of Hibernian decided to put Lewis Stevenson at left-back late on to stop Frimpong but he had no luck in it.
“I put my arm around him and said, ‘Look, I played against him last year, so I know what he’s like when he’s on his game,' he told the Scottish Sun.
“It’s a learning curve facing elite players. He’ll take it on the chin.”
Jeremie has been linked with a number of clubs in Europe including Everton.
