Defender Ali Ouattara has recovered from his injury and will be available for selection on Friday evening when Medeama SC takes on Legon Cities FC in the Ghana Premier League.

The towering defender scored for the Yellow and Mauves on Matchday of the new season but subsequently missed the 2-1 defeat against Dreams FC in Dawu as a result of an injury.

Ahead of Matchday 3 against Legon Cities FC, Ali Ouattara has regained his full fitness and in line to feature for Medeama SC tomorrow.

Speaking to the media team of Medeama on the availability of the defender, Coach Samuel Boadu says it’s good to have him back.

“It's great to see Ali Ouattara back into the team. He is very important for us and we are happy to see him train with the rest of the squad,” the coach said as quoted on the website of the club.

Coach Samuel Boadu added, “Hopefully others will also get their chances as the season wears on.”
