Frederick Boateng inspired Inter Allies to a convincing 3-1 win over Berekum Chelsea on Wednesday at the Tema Park. Former Hearts of Oak striker Edward Adjaklo opened the scoring for Allies inside the opening 10 minutes before Boateng took over the show.

The 22-year-old cushioned the lead for Jimmy Corbblah's men before completing his brace moments later.

Solomon Odwo's Berekum Chelsea showed little intentions of pulling a goal back before the break as their lead striker and skipper Saddick Adams was well shackled by the Allies defence.

However, Adams did manage to score when he converted a late penalty handed them by referee Prince Amoah.
