Maxwell Konadu names starting eleven for Bechem Utd game; Annan dropped again as Blay returns

Head coach for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Maxwell Konadu has named a strong starting eleven to face Bechem United tonight in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season. 

The Porcupine Warriors are going into today's meeting with the side from Bechem on the back of a disappointing 2-1 win against lower division side Asokwa Deportivo in the Round of 64 of this season's MTN FA Cup competition.

Coach Konadu is after a win at the end of the 90 minutes today and has named a formidable side. Felix Annan has been dropped with his place being taken by Kwame Baah. In midfield, Justice Blay returns after missing Kotoko's last two Premier League matches.

Meanwhile, Emmanuel Gyamfi has been handed the captain's armband and will be expected to provide width and create chances for William Opoku Mensah who is leading the forward line of the Reds.

The encounter between Asante Kotoko and Bechem United will kick-offf at 19:00GMT.
