The head coach for Great Olympics, coach Annor Walker has disclosed that he was sad when Asante Kotoko sacked their head coach Maxwell Konadu.

The former Black Stars assistant coach was sacked last Friday barely 24 hours after the Porcupine Warriors lost 1-0 to Olympics in the Ghana Premier League.

According to coach Annor Walker, he was saddened when he heard Asante Kotoko has severed ties with his colleague from the opposite side.

“I was sad when Maxwell Konadu was fired. They didn't play bad against us but the coach have their own reasons but I wasn't happy with Maxwell's exit,” the Great Olympics coach said.

Meanwhile, Great Olympics have continued their fine form in the Ghana Premier League with a 1-0 win over WAFA at the Accra Sports Stadium today.
