Medeama Sporting Club are in talks with Annor Walker and Steve Pollack for a possible coaching role at the club next season.

Yaw Preko and Yaw Acheampong who have been in charge of the club following the departure of Samuel Boadu have come under pressure after an uninspiring performance with the club.

The pair were appointed with high hopes of steering the club to annex the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League title.

However, according to reports by Kumasi based Silver FM, the hierarchy of the club are in talks with Annor Walker and English trainer, Steve Pollack.

Walker has been tipped to win Premier League Coach of the Year after turning the Dade lads into an awesome and impressive side, with the club currently sitting on the 7th position with 49 points.

Steve Pollack has previously enjoyed stints in Ghana having worked with Berekum Chelsea and Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League.

The English trainer is famously remembered for steering the Porcupine Warriors to an FA triumph in 2017, beating Hearts of Oak at the Tamale Stadium.

After 33 matches played, Medeama SC sit on the 5th position with 51 points. The Yellow and Mauve suffered a 3-1 defeat against Techiman Eleven Wonder over the weekend at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.

Medeam will wrap up their season with a home game against Berekum Chelsea at Akoon Park on Sunday.
