Dynamo won their second pre-season friendly against FK Jablonec 3-1. Newcomer Michael Akoto made a successful debut.
As a substitute after the break, the defensive man played in the back three on the right.
The 23-year old joined Dynamo until 2023 and after leaving FSV Mainz 05 U-23 team at the expiration of his contract on June 30, 2021.
The versatile defender is the fifth signing of the club as they strengthen their charges for the 2021/22 football season.
Dynamo Sport Managing Director Ralf Becker after unveiling Michael Akoto said the defender is athletic and will fit in well with the team.
"Among other things, we are looking for a central defender who can also play in the sixth position," said Sport Managing Director Ralf Becker.
"Michael Akoto is a very athletic player who has many promising facets that enable him to be used in both defense and defensive midfield. He also has great development potential, which we believe will make him will fit very well into our team” he said.
