Colombia World Cup 2018 star Yerry Mina is determined to try and gain more regular first-team action than he enjoyed in his first few months with Barcelona.
The 23-year-old centre-back scored three goals as his country reached the knockout stages of the competition in Russia, having made just five La Liga appearances for Barca following his arrival from Palmeiras in January.
And Mina, who has been linked with a possible move away from the Camp Nou this summer, is facing added competition for a starting spot with Barca after they completed the signing of Clement Lenglet from Sevilla.
The South American was quoted by ESPN as saying: "I want to play for a team where there is less pressure and where I can have (more) minutes.
"I will always try to do my best for me, for my club and I hope that wherever I end up - whether it is at Barcelona or whether I have to leave - I will do it in the best way, but for the moment I am happy.
"It is tough to watch your team-mates and see the matches on TV, it was a difficult moment that I don't wish on any player.
"There were very difficult moments that were very sad for me because I was really not doing well. There were moments when I thought everything was going to turn out as I had imagined, but it wasn't like that."
Barcelona are available at 8/11 to retain their La Liga title next season, while they are 5/1 to win the Champions League .
