MOBA 2001 pays courtesy call on Kotoko CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah

Mfantsipim Old Boys Association (MOBA 2001) paid a courtesy call on Nana Yaw Amponsah, Wednesday evening to officially congratulate him on his appointment as the CEO of Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

The MOBA team and their executives presented a plaque, and decorated him with a beautiful MOBA sash, customized in his name.

Some MOBA members at the event were Mr. Fiifi Sam Awortwi (Veep), Mr. Colbert Tagoe (Financial Secretary), Mr. Emmanuel Duku, Mr. Francis Ocran, Mr. Kofi Essel, and Mr. Morgan Acquah.

Speaking at the event the president of MOBA 2001, Dr. Ken Amaniampong quoted Rev. Lockhart (headmaster 1925 – 1932)

“In a few years, the people of this country will be amazed at the number of its influential citizens who owe allegiance to this school,”

Nana Yaw Amponsah expressed his appreciating at the gesture and revealed he will contribute to the construction of an astroturf at Mfantsipim School.
