Mohammed Kudus’ agent responds to a fan's question about PSG's interest in the midfielder

Ghana's Mohammed Kudus has officially joined West Ham United for an undisclosed amount from Dutch giants Ajax.

Kudus agent Jennifer Mendelewitsch on X responded to an initial tweet from a PSG fan account that proposed the Ghanaian’s move to Paris: “It’s not for lack of having proposed… obviously having the same initials as the house agent (Jorge Mendes) it wasn’t enough…”.

The agent's funny comment meant despite having the same initials as Jorge Mendes, the most powerful agent in Paris, she had unsuccessfully pitched the name Kudus to Paris Saint-Germain.

The Black Stars midfielder joins the Irons on a five-year contract for an undisclosed fee, becoming the Club’s third major summer signing following his former Ajax teammate and Mexico international Edson Álvarez and England midfielder James Ward-Prowse.

The 23-year-old midfielder arrived in London on Saturday to complete his move to the English outfit this summer.

The enterprising midfielder has been handed the number 14 jersey and is expected to play a huge role for the club.
