West Ham United forward Jarrod Bowen has heaped praise on Mohammed Kudus following his exploits for the Hammers in their Carabao Cup victory over Arsenal.
The Black Stars midfielder produced an impressive performance when the Hammers inflicted a 3-1 win over Arsenal to progress in the Carabao Cup at the London Stadium.
Kudus scored a spectacular goal to double the advantage for the Hammers after connecting from the Nayef Aguerd’s long range pass in the box.
An early own goal from Ben White and a Jarrod Bowen strike ensured West Ham eliminated Arsenal from the Carabao Cup. Martin Odergaard scored late to pull one back for the Gunners.
“He’s a really special player. We are kind of similar in terms of left footed off the right wing, so when he has the ball I kind of think what would I do, does he need me to help him or leave the space for him to go one vs one.”
“It’s just about knowing the players and he’s a top, top player. You see with the goal tonight, the touch and the finish, he’s really, really special.”
