Mohammed Kudus is superior to Tadic says Dutch analysts

Dutch analysts Kale and Kokkie witnessed Ajax struggle in the first half against Fortuna Sittard and told AT5 that Kudus is better than Tadic.

“I was worried in the first half. We've talked about the puppets in the right place, and this would have been the perfect week not to have a discussion. Bassey and Alvarez were suspended. So you could have placed Blind next to Timber and you could have put Klaassen or Kudus in midfield," said Kokkie.

Furthermore, Kokkie is concerned about Tadic status as captain of the Amsterdam team.

"Tadić is not your best left winger, because that is Bergwijn. He's not going to win that battle. In the second half Brobbey also outperformed Tadic. Now he is ranked number ten. He will not win that battle against Kudus or Klaassen. He is of course also very important in the dressing room, but where are you going to put Tadić at a certain moment?,"

Kudus has been sensational in the offensive positions throughout preseason but fans were shocked coach Alfred Schreuder did not start the former FC Nordsjaelland midfielder. Kudus came on in the 90th minute when the score was 3-2.

Ajax will play FC Groningen at home in their next Eredivise game.
