Mohammed Kudus’ versatility will make it harder for teams to predict what we want to do - David Moyes

West Ham United manager David Moyes says the versatility of Mohammed Kudus will make it difficult for opponents to predict their game plan.

Moyes praised the Ghanaian’s ability to play in multiple positions and how it gives his team variations to play different systems.

The 23-year-old has already filled in at some of these positions at West Ham since his summer arrival from Ajax.

“I think he would consider himself being able to play. He could be a midfield player. He can also play off the right for us. He has even played centre forward at Ajax as well. I spoke to John Heitinga about it,” Moyes said at a press conference.

“All those positions are important for us because it will give us a bit of variation and make it harder for people to work out how exactly we want to play as well.”

Mohammed Kudus has scored five goals for West Ham United in 14 games in all competitions, the latest against Brentford in the Premier League on Saturday.
