Ghana international Nicholas Opoku wants Kasimpasa to maintain momentum in the Turkish top-flight following their back-to-back wins this season.
The former Amiens centre-back lasted the entire duration when his outfit travelled to beat Rizespor in the week 4 of the Super Lig on Saturday.
Opoku, who joined Kasimpasa this summer was rock-solid at the back as his outfit managed to keep a clean sheet.
Kasimpasa broke the deadlock through Mortadha Ben Ouannes after just six minutes into the much-anticipated clash at the Çaykur Didi Stadyumu.
“Massive three points on the road. Thanks for the support Kasimpasa fans. More to come” he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The 27-year-old defender joined Kasimpasa in the just ended summer transfer window after ending his spell with Amiens in France following the expiration of his contract.
Opoku has made three appearances in the Turkish Super Lig after four matches into the campaign.
