27-year-old midfielder Moussa Sissoko has found it hard to break into Mauricio Pochettino's starting eleven since his£30m move from Newcastle last summer, however, the Frenchman is insistent his time at White Hart Lane is not over.

Sissoko has so far appeared for Tottenham ten times across all competitions, but has failed to reach the form of his four seasons at Newcastle United, which lured Spurs to purchase the midfielder following Newcastle's relegation.

Despite struggling to settle in at White Hart Lane, however, the 27-year-old has stated that his time at the North London club is far from over.

As reported by BeIn Sports, via Sports Mole, Sissoko said:My future is at Tottenham, and I'm trying to give my best.

"I'm trying to learn because I have to get used to a new style of playing in a new team."

Sissoko was linked with a potential move away from Tottenham to Serie A outfit AC Milan during the January transfer window, although nothing eventuated from the links, the Frenchman now has to prove to Pochettino that he is ready to be a constant member of the Spurs starting eleven.

Sissoko's last appearance for Tottenham came in their three-goal victory in their FA Cup fixture against Fulham.

Tottenham's next fixture sees them play seventh-place Everton this weekend as Pochettino's team look to continuously put pressure on league leaders Chelsea who are currently out to a ten point lead at the top of the table.
