According to a report published by the Mirror, David Moyes is not in the running to return to managing Everton.
The Toffees are currently without a boss after parting ways with Ronald Koeman on Monday.
Moyes had been in charge of Everton for 11 years before he took charge of Manchester United in 2013 and he famously led the club to the Champions League.
Since leaving the Toffees, he has gone on to have unsuccessful spells managing United, Real Sociedad and Sunderland.
The 54-year-old is not said to be in the running of the Scotland national team managerial position after Gordon Strachan left the post after the country failed to secure qualification for the 2018 World Cup.
