Spokesperson for the Ministry of Youth and Sports Elvis Adjei-Baah has rubbished rumours that they have approved $8m budget for the Black Stars 2019 AFCON campaign.
Reports were rife in the media that the Ministry of Youth and Sports have consented to a budget of $8m for the Black Stars AFCON participation despite an initial designation of $7.2m but the PRO of the Governmental body says all are lies.
“I can confirm that there is no budget approved yet and we don’t have any budget for the team before us for the AFCON”-Adjei Baah told Nhyira FM
Ghana will have their training camp in the UAE capital of Abu Dhabi ahead of the AFCON in June.
