The fixture was confirmed on Tuesday, February 7, at the end of the draw for the Round 16 stage of the domestic cup competition at the secretariat of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
Meanwhile, Ghana Premier League side Dreams Football Club has been drawn to face lower-tier outfit Liberty Professionals FC.
In the other games, Legon Cities FC are drawn to face off with Volta Rangers in what should be a very good game to watch.
While Heart of Lions would face Skyy FC, Kotoku Royals will fight for a place in the quarter-finals when the team battle Ebusua Dwarfs.
