My mission is to develop young talents for the nation – Bechem Utd coach Kasim Mingle

The head coach of Bechem United, Kasim Mingle has hit out at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) over the lack of national team chances.

According to him, although he has done tremendous work with the Hunters in the Ghana Premier League, he is constantly overlooked when it comes to national team coaching jobs.

Despite the neglect, Coach Kasim Mingle says he is not worried but remains focused on developing young talents for the country.

“The Media must begin to ask the authorities (GFA) why I'm not assigned to handle any national team despite my performance at Bechem.

“Bechem was battling relegation before my appointment but under my tenure, they (Bechem) are always competing for the league title.

“I'm not much worried about not getting the chance to coach any of the national teams, maybe at the right time I will be given the opportunity but my mission is to develop young talents for the nation and that is what I'm focused on,” the Bechem United coach said.

This season, Coach Kasim Mingle and his Hunters have done very well. The team is in contention to win the Ghana Premier League title with four matches to end the season.
