According to Bibiani Gold Stars' coach, Michael Osei, his team's success in the game against Asante Kotoko was due to their superior tactical discipline and overall performance.

Asante Kotoko was held to a 1-1 draw at home on Sunday in the ongoing 2022/23 Ghana Premier League.

Solomon Sarfo Taylor gave the Porcupine Warriors the early lead in the fourth minute. However, former Accra Hearts of Oak hitman Abednego Tetteh equalized for Bibiani Gold Stars in injury time to break the hearts of Kotoko supporters.

"The team is in good shape we have improved from the last season we have shown it today because we were very tactical disciplined. Normally we don't deserve to lose the whole point we were able to get the one point which is fair game for us," he said on Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com

"But we were a better side I hope we will continue till the end of the season. When you are getting experience in the game you are always getting it better on your tactical changes and your tactical play,"

"I think the boys have done well today the willingness was there we wanted to get a point I said it before the the game and the have got it I am so so happy for the team for the community of Bibiani and my entire technical team,"
