Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Myron Boadu scored to save AS Monaco from defeat in their Ligue 1 game against Nantes on Friday.
AS Monaco drew 3-3 with Nantes at the Stade de la Beaujoire.
In the 4th minute, a penalty was whistled for Nantes for a slight foul on Moses Simon.
Striker Mostafa Mohamed stepped up to convert the penalty for Nantes.
Les Canaris earned a corner in the 15th minute, in which Jean-Charles Castelletto rose highest to double the lead.
The Monegasques tried to regain control of the game, but Nantes' backline remained solid.
However, Takumi Minamino found a way through in the 27th minute. He headed in Caio Henrique's well timed delivery to make it 2-1.
The away side did not start the second half very well this allowed Nantes to pounce on a chance in the 48th minute. Les Canaris added to their tally thanks to Mostafa Mohamed’s double.
Monaco skipper Wissam Ben Yedder scored in the 58th minute to make it 3-2.
Myron Boadu came on in the 85th minute to replace Soungoutou Magassa. Baodu immediately let his presence felt in the game he followed up on a loose ball and pushed it into an empty net to make it 3-3.
Monaco will play Lens in their next league game.
