Phil Neville has no doubts Valencia coach Marcelino is ideal for Andreas Pereira.

Pereira is on-loan at Valencia this season from Manchester United.
Neville, who coached at United and Valencia, told Superdeporte: "He's (Marcelino) the perfect coach for him.
"When he has a very big challenge, his performance always goes up, he needs challenges every day to grow and Marcelino is going to force him to be one hundred percent.

"Marcelino is perfect for Andreas. He'll whip him and praise him in equal measure. When I see a player who learns every day he is a player going in the right direction."
