Ghana new Otto Addo is impressed with the output of new Black Stars players, labeling them as fearless, ahead of their game against Nigeria.

The four-time Africa Champions will engage the Super Eagles of Nigeria in an international friendly game on Friday at 4pm.

The highly competitive game is expected to be played at the Grande de Stade Marrakesh in Morocco.

Otto Addo handed debut call-ups to Nordsjaelland forward Ibrahim Osman, Forson Amankwah, Ebenezer Annan, Francis Abu, and Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Frederick Asare.

And the former Ghana international could hand debut appearance to some of the players against the 2023 AFCON finalists.

“First of all, I think they are extremely confident. They look fearless on the pitch and what I like is that in training they have adapted very well. They have integrated very well into the group”

“I can see them talking a lot, having a lot of fun so I think it's a very good sign on the pitch and also off the pitch they were warmly welcome by those who have more experience” he said.

Otto Addo will be hoping for a flying start in his second stint with the senior national soccer team, the Black Stars.

He replaced Chris Hughton following an abysmal performance at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
