New Edubiase bankroller Abdul Salam charged for misconduct

The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has charged the bankroller of New Edubiase United, Yakubu Abdul Salam with misconduct.

This is in relation to comments made during an interview.

According to a notice by the Ghana FA, Abdul Salam has up to Monday, April 29, to respond to the misconduct charges.

“New Edubiase United’s Yakubu Abdul Salam has been charged with a breach of Section 34(6)(d) of the GFA Division One League Regulations, 2019 following comments made in a media interview.

“It is alleged that his commentary constitutes misconduct that brings the name of the game into disrepute. He has until Monday, 29 April to respond to the charges,” the Ghana FA notice said.
