New Edubiase United coach, Sherif Mambo, has expressed his team's readiness to face off with Holy Stars as the Division One League approaches its climax.

The coach's statement comes after their recent 1-0 victory over Elmina Sharks, which propelled them to the top of the Zone Two table.

The solitary goal of the match was scored by Kofi Boakye Yiadom in the 37th minute, securing all three points for the home team at the Len Clay Stadium. This win pushed New Edubiase United to the summit of the Zone Two League table with 38 points, relegating Holy Stars to second place following their draw with Skyy FC.

Ahead of their upcoming match against Holy Stars, coach Mambo is optimistic about his team's chances. "Actually we are ever prepared now the boys preparations are high and we feel that if we go there we will get a good result," he said.

Mambo also reported a clean bill of health within the team, stating, "So far we don't have any injury and those that had yellow cards are all coming back to play so we don't have any injury. And the players too in camp we feel that it is normal and averagely everything is okay for our boys,"
