Ghana Division One League outfit New Edubiase United have embarked on a massive shake-up exercise as they release 21 players following an impressive performances.
The One-time FA Cup winners are keen to add up quality to their squad for the upcoming Division One League season as they seek secure qualification back to the Ghana Premier League.
However, the Edubiase-based club has parted ways with 21 players after failing to impress in the just-ended season.
In an interview with Asempa FM, club President, Jacob Abdul Salam said, “We are seeking to qualify next season and as a matter of that management has released 21 players who cannot help up because they didn’t show much seriousness”
The former FA Cup Champions finished mid-table after Nations FC picked the only slot in the Zone.
Edubiase last played in the Ghana Premier League some seven seasons ago.
