As the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season got underway with an electrifying clash between Hearts of Oak and RTU, all eyes are on the rising stars of Bibiani Gold Stars.
Coach Michael Osei expressed his optimism, praising the impressive performance of the team's new signings in the build-up to their highly anticipated first match.
Last season Bibiani Gold Stars placed 5th with 49 points after 34 games.
"So far they are doing very well very good players I will say they are all playing in the league. The recruitment was done in a way that we were able to sign those in the league," he said.
"I think the likes of Osei Yaw goalkeeper from RTU, Sadat Mohammed, William Denkyi, Roland Frimpong, Hussien, Alex Esso I think we have got a good add up and I believe and I hope that they will make impact in the season for Bibiani Gold Stars," he added.
Gold Stars will take on Berekum Chelsea away on Sunday at the Golden City Park. The game will kick off at 3:00 pm.
