James Francis, the coach of Accra Lions, expressed satisfaction with how the team's new signings have seamlessly adapted to their playing style and tactics.

With an eye on strengthening every aspect of their squad, from the defense to the midfield and attacking positions, Francis conveyed his contentment with the players' ability to integrate into the team's approach.

"The new signings that have come in, have adapted to the system and the way we want to play. We've really strengthened in every position, in terms of the back four, the midfielder unit, and the attacking. I am really pleased with how they have adapted," he

The positive adaptation of these new players was evident in the season opener against Medeama SC in Tarkwa.

Ali Mohammed, one of the recent acquisitions, made an impactful debut in the Ghana Premier League, scoring a goal. In a thrilling match, Samuel Gyimah initiated the scoring for Accra Lions, later countered by Daniel Lomotey of the Mauve and Yellow.

Mohammed's contribution, coming ten minutes from the final whistle, added to the excitement before Jonathan Sowah equalized.

This early-season display provides a promising outlook for Accra Lions as they set their sights on the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the new Ghana Premier League season.
