Chelsea are demanding a bumper fees for Tammy Abraham's loan move.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea do not want a loan fee for the 19-year-old and insist the priority is to find the best place for him to continue his impressive development, ideally in the Premier League after he scored 26 goals while on loan at Bristol City last season.
They have a new contract lined up for Abraham thought to be worth £50,000 a week which is ready to be signed before he completes his loan move and goes out for the season.
Newcastle and Brighton lead the scramble but they like others have been told they will have to pay an additional £1 million to cover signing-on fees for the player, his family and his agent.
