Ghanaian centre-back, Nicholas Opoku, has been voted player of the month by readers of 11 Amiénois.

Despite Amiens' poor start to the season, Opoku has been superb, amassing two clean sheets in three matches.
Opoku amassed an astonishing 60% of the votes with Serhou Guirassy coming second with 21% and Iron Gomis third with 19%.

Opoku joined Amiens from Udinese last season on loan and his performance convinced the Ligue 2 club to sign him once again for another season.
