Tamale City forward, Sampson Eduku, has addressed the recent rumors linking him to Ghanaian football giants Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.

The 27-year-old clarified that he has not been contacted by either club and is currently focused on fulfilling his responsibilities with Tamale City. He stated that he will make a decision regarding his future at the end of the season.

Speaking on the speculation, Eduku expressed his admiration for the two rival clubs, noting that it is the dream of many players to represent them or play abroad.

However, he emphasized that his immediate priority is the ongoing league and delivering consistent performances for Tamale City. Eduku believes that it is not the right time to decide on his next move while the season is still in progress.

"For now, I am concentrating on the league because you can't make a decision on where to go while the league is ongoing. My main focus is on the league and ensuring a consistent performance for my team," he said in an interview, as quoted by ghanaweb.com.

"Moving to Kotoko or Hearts is yet to be decided. It is ultimately in the hands of the Lord, and He will guide me to the right path," Eduku explained.

Currently, Eduku shares the top spot on the league's scorers' chart with Hafiz Konkoni of Bechem United, as both players have netted 14 goals in 22 games.
