Marcos Rojo has not been charged retrospectively for his stamp on Eden Hazard.

The Manchester United defender appeared to stomp on the back of the Chelsea winger after upending him during Monday night's FA Cup quarter-final at Stamford Bridge.

It was being reported that Rojo was likely to be hit with a retro ban for his actions, especially after AFC Bournemouth's Tyrone Mings had been suspended for five matches for a similar movement on Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

But the FA have taken no further action after charging United with failing to control their players when they gather round referee Michael Oliver following Ander Herrera's sending off.

There was no word from the association on any retrospective charge for Argentine Rojo who was also continually involved in one-on-one spats with Diego Costa throughout the night.
