Day 4 of the Normalization Committee special competition saw Supreme Ladies hold Kumasi Sports Academy to a 1-1 draw at the Osei Kyeretwie School Park.

It was a battle of who annex the maximum points to boast qualification from Group A of the competition.

Kumasi Sports Academy took the lead at the Okess park on the 27th minute of the game through a deflected free-kick.

The visitors, Kumasi Sports Academy were dominant in both halves of game creating numerous goalscoring, however, Supreme Ladies mounted a late pressure and broke through the formidable defense of Academy Ladies to be awarded a penalty.

Referee Joyce Appiah pointed to the spot and Kankam Jennifer made no mistake as he equalised to hand her side a vital away point.

Currently, in Group A, Ashtown Ladies top with eight points, Kumasi Sports Academy, Fabulous Ladies and Supreme Ladies have six points, five points and one point respectively.
