“Nothing is impossible” - Augustine Boakye reacts to Wolfsberger’s win LASK Linz

Ghana attacking midfielder Augustine Boakye has reacted to Wolfsberger’s win over LASK Linz in the Austrian Bundesliga.

The 22-year-old notched an assist during as his side won 2-1 on Saturday, propelling them to fifth place on the league table.

After the game, Boakye took to social media to write, “Nothing is impossible,the word itself says I’m #Possible.”

Boakye played a pivotal role, setting up Bamba Mohammed for the opening goal in the 25th minute.

Fifteen minutes after the opening goal, Florian Rieder extended the lead to 2-0 with an assist from substitute Lukas Ibertsberger. Wolfsberger went into the break with a two-goal advantage.

Wolfsberger were then reduced to ten men after Nikolas was sent off in the 73rd minute.

Despite a late penalty converted by Thomas Goiginger, LASK Linz could only secure a consolation goal, resulting in a 2-1 win for the hosts.

Boakye's contributions have been noteworthy, tallying two goals and two assists in seven league matches for Wolfsberger AC.
