Ghana international Emmanuel Agyemang Badu believes Nsoatreman FC are a major threat to clubs in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.

The Nsoatre-based club kick started the season with a 2-0 win over Bechem United before succumbing to a 1-0 defeat against Hearts of Oak on Sunday.

Congolese forward Ramos Kashala Wanet scored the only goal of the match to give Hearts of Oak their first win of the season.

Badu, who sees Nsoatreman FC as one of the dangerous teams in the Ghanaian top-flight has tipped the club to be a force to reckon with if they are able to grind results in their away games.

“Look, one team that looks dangerous this year, I don’t know if they will be able to get some good away points are Nsoatreman.

“If they will be able to get good away points, they will be very dangerous this year.” Agyemang Badu told Radio Gold Sports.

Nsoatreman FC were supposed to host Dreams FC in the week 3 of the Ghana Premier League but the game has been postponed due to Dreams FC involvement in the CAF Confederations Cup.

Dreams FC are away to Kallon FC in Sierra Leone in the second leg of the qualifications.
