In a resounding testament to his outstanding performance on the field, Nurudeen Mohammed has been bestowed with the Asante Kotoko Supporters’ Player of the Month award for October.
This accolade not only reflects Mohammed's exceptional skills but also underscores his deep connection with the devoted fanbase of the club.
Despite the team's poor start to the season, the center defender won the award for his outstanding play for the team.
Nurudeen Mohammed won the prize given out by the North America Circle 001 Asante Kotoko fans organization, beating competition from two of his teammates.
He received Gh¢4,000 as well as souvenirs for receiving the honor, which was delivered to him at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi last Sunday before their matchup with Dreams FC.
Since joining Asante Kotoko from Real Tamale United before the 2023/24 league season began, Nurudeen Mohammed has established himself as a key member of the team, developing a strong combination with Henry Ansu.
