Oduro Nyarko confirm talks with Ashgold to become the club's Accra rep

Experienced football administrator, Oduro Nyarko has confirmed that he is in talks with Ashanti Gold to become the club's representative in Accra.

The Ghana Premier League giants are under a new management team and board and are putting things in order to ensure they chalk successes in the near future.

They are now in talks with former Wa All Stars Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to make him their Greater Accra Representative. Initially, the Miners wanted to recruit Kofi Manu but backlash from a section of the football community looks to have forced them to switch attention to Oduro Nyarko.

"I am still in talks with Ashgold about my appointment to be the Accra representative for the club but hasn't been concluded yet. The deal is almost 70% done.

"The recognition given me at first by Ashgold signifies the believe they have in me so it is an honour", the veteran football administrator told Light FM.
