OFFICIAL: Asante Kotoko appoint Paa Kwesi Fabin as head coach

Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin has rejoined Asante Kotoko as the head coach of the club for the upcoming season. 

The former Hearts of Oak trainer has been tasked to take charge of the club on an initial one year deal.

Fabin replaces former Berekum Chelsea gaffer, Steve Pollack who had his contract terminated by the Porcupine Warriors last Friday following the team's elimination from the 2018 CAF Confederation Cup.

The former Black Starlets coach first worked with the club during the Herbert Mensah era where he was in-charge of the club's youth side which produced budding talents who went on to play for the senior team.

In 2009/10 season, he was hired again as but was sacked with six matches at the end of the season.

Fabin was recently head coach of the Ghana U-17 team where he guided the team to the quarter-final of the 2017 FIFA U17 finals in India.

He has wealth of Ghana Premier League experience after stints with Berekum Arsenals, Heart of Lions, Hearts of Oak and Inter Allies
